/backup Cmd and /rb and /rrb Empty /backup Cmd and /rb and /rrb

Where in police chases and some times you don't know where the other person is because he/she is not providing info every 5seconds so it would be nice to get a /backup cmd that moves with the officer when /backup is typed.

There should a roadblock Cmd to block off a road /rb and a remove Roadblock cmd called /rrb
